Massage Therapy
I work to provide a "body first" massage experience. The body has it's own natural way of healing aches and pains, and my job is to help your bod achieve homeostasis faster.
Personal Training
Strength training is about balancing the areas in your body that are under used in order to re balance your body. Proportional strength is my goal.



MVA Insurance Massage
Being in a car accident is an extreme stressor on the body, and will usually bring on acute pain. Massage will help your body heal from the traumatic experiance.
